1. Prepare the photo of the person you'd like to customize. A high-quality digital image works best — the clearer, the better. If you only have a physical photo, you can simply take a picture of it with your phone. Our AI can enhance slightly blurry photos and sharpen facial details. However, photos that are too blurry may look distorted after AI processing and no longer resemble the actual person, which is not the result we want. So please provide the clearest portrait possible. Try to avoid full-body shots, as the facial details tend to be too small and unclear, which can affect the final result.
2. On the order page, click the "Choose File" button to upload your prepared photo.
3. Fill in the name(s) and date.
4. If there's anything else you'd like us to know, please leave a note in the "Instructions" field. For example, if you're uploading a family photo but only want one person engraved, please tell us where he or she is located in the photo (e.g., "the woman on the right").
