Thank you for shopping with Eternal Memento. Because each of our keepsakes is custom laser-engraved to order, please review the timing details below before placing your order.
Processing / Production Time
Every item is made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to craft and prepare your personalized keepsake before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced, estimated delivery times are:
United States: 10–20 business days
Other countries: 15–30 business days
Total time to receive your order = processing time + shipping time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Countries We Ship To
We currently ship to the United States, Canada and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not able to redirect orders once they have shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
Delays
While we work hard to deliver on time, delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping times may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and are always here to help if your order is taking longer than expected.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@eternal-memento.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and work with you toward a resolution.
