• Your personal photos will NEVER be used for marketing, social media, advertisements, or any other public display without your explicit, written consent.

• Your privacy is our priority, and we treat your family’s memories as if they were our own.

2. Digital Representation & AI Models

To protect the privacy of real individuals and families, all portraits shown on our website’s product displays and marketing materials are AI-generated.

• These images do not represent actual deceased persons or real customers.

• We use these synthetic models to demonstrate our high-quality laser engraving craftsmanship while ensuring no real person's privacy is compromised for demonstration purposes.

3. Secure Data Retention & Deletion

We do not believe in keeping your personal memories in our system longer than necessary for the production process.

• Deletion Policy: All uploaded images and custom text will be permanently and securely deleted from our production servers within one (1) month of order completion.

• This one-month window allows us to ensure the product has reached you safely and to address any customer service needs or re-shipments if required. After this period, the data is wiped and cannot be recovered.
